2. What’s your return & exchange policy?

3. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 2–5 business days. Then shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen method. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, no. Our streamlined system begins processing immediately, so once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled.
5. What if my delivery is delayed or lost?
Once your package leaves our hands, the carrier takes over. We’re happy to help file a claim or investigation with USPS/FedEx/UPS—but actual delays or losses are out of our control.

Currently, we ship within the United States & Canada. & currently offer worldwide shipping through DHL shipping services.
All customs, tarrifs, and shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
